The kitchen staff at The Snook have worked alongside the executive chef, Chris DeGenova. renowned for his expertise in crafting delectable seafood dishes at The Oyster Society, and have created an enticing array of fresh and innovative dishes for the new menu. Old favorites such as the famous Grouper Sandwich and the famous salad bar still remain. The cocktail menu was also given an overhaul and will change seasonally.
