The ideal candidate will ensure an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain nigh production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Train and manage employees on proper customer service practices by providing guidance and leadership expertise.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations with the GM.
